Joseph Gabriel Tribute to Barclay Shaw

Barclay Shaw was the only puppeteer headlining in Las Vegas in the 1980's. Before he passed away in 1994, he taught some moves to Joseph who eagerly practiced Barclay's famous clown routine and put it back on stage for millions of people to enjoy. "I feel sorry that these precious artworks and puppets get in the hands of collectors. They're meant to be on stage, not locked away gathering dust. Bringing the clown routine back for people to experience again is my way of paying tribute to my dear friend, Barclay. I can only hope I do him justice. He was one of the most talented and creative people i've ever met and a real kick to be around. Barc, you are missed."
